Kennack sands is a beautiful beach on the Lizard, it has two sections a near and far, one quite different to the other meaning there is something for every visitor.
Locally based Kennack Surf School works from the beach hut at the back of the beach. They offer lessons throughout the year from £25 for a two hour session with an instructor, this also covers equipment and insurance.
What a perfect way to learn to surf with experienced, friendly instructors. No surfing experience is required. There is also free parking for every lesson booked.
For non surfers of the group there is a cafe over looking the beach. There are also toilets and lifeguards.
