Head back to shore to light the barbecue and enjoy something chilled while Benedict rustles up something spectacular… with the added bonus of hand-dived scallops and oysters, not to mention the pubs on the way. He’ll also cook at your self-catering cottage, with dinner parties that start with a list of the flavours you love and go from there… needless to say, book way ahead.
