Inside
Entering The Beach House into a comfortable kitchen diner, you’re welcomed by a bright and airy space with access onto the outdoor sundeck. In the living room, situated off the kitchen you will find a 46-inch smart TV, Fritz Hansen and Ligne Roset soft furnishings as well as a handy working space.
The open-plan kitchen diner has another set of patio doors that leads onto the sun deck, which provides the perfect spot for sun-drenched dining. The kitchen is bespoke made with quartz worktops and Miele appliances. Choose to sit up at the breakfast bar, or on the Iconic design table which seats up to eight, making this sociable space a popular aspect of the property.
A downstairs WC, shower and utility room complete the ground floor and a spiral staircase leads up to second floor.
Choose between four bedrooms, two king-sized bedrooms, a twin room, a well as bunk room. The principle bedroom is filled with vibrant fabrics, comfortable soft furnishings including a king-sized bed with memory-foam top and a luxurious en-suite bathroom; featuring both a walk in shower and freestanding bath. The second bedroom continues the theme for a modern feel, with stylish furniture and a king-sized bed. The twin bedroom and bunkroom also have memory foam mattresses and are perfect for younger members of the family and adults alike.
Outside
The private sun deck is certainly a sweet spot at The Beach House, with a barbecue, seating for all, and hot-and-cold shower; you have everything you need after a day on the beach! The beach is conveniently just seconds away, with crystal blue waters and sandy shores. The Beach House also benefits from private, off-road parking for up to three cars.
The fishing village of Gorran Haven is about 2 miles south of Mevagissey and lies within the Cornwall Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. There’s a number of small local cafés and eateries dotted around The Beach House and the popular Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan are also just a short drive away, ideal for a family day out.
