Inside
Enter the timeless Drym House through a pillared porch into a spacious hallway. The love and attention to this home is immediately evident from the moment you step in – to the left-hand side of the hallway you will find the formal living room which has been tastefully decorated with plenty of seating, a woodburner and beautiful Tom Raffield pendant lights.
Positioned to the right of the hallway you can find the desirable and newly renovated open-plan kitchen/diner with stone flooring and an eclectic mix of navy and marble counters. Furnished with high-spec appliances, you can expect a fully-equipped kitchen with extra benefits to amplify your stay, such as a wine cooler and coffee machine. This property is perfect for dinner parties as the space is complete with woodburner, a central island, and a dining table.
The kitchen is connected to a naturally lit sunroom with vaulted ceilings and bi-fold doors with immediate access to an external patio, the perfect place to relax throughout the seasons. The ground floor is complete with a cloakroom and shower room, perfect for showering down sandy paws and wellies at the end of a day exploring the coasts.
The mid-Victorian staircase at Drym House leads to four light and airy bedrooms. With pleasing views of the gardens, each room has been aesthetically styled with comfort and rest in mind. Three of the bedrooms are en-suite, providing plenty of space and privacy for all members of the family. The fourth double bedroom sits prime in the middle of Drym House overlooking the front garden and entrance. On the second floor, there is also a family bathroom with idyllic views from the statement bath of the rear garden.
