Set in the heart of the wild sand dunes of Gwithian Towans , and alongside three miles of pristine sandy bay you will find Cornwall’s newest luxury beach-side accommodation. The Luxury Four Bedroom Beach Houses are part of just fifteen individual beach houses that have it all. Along with the sunken cedar hot tub, large barbecue grill and barrel sauna outside, you’ll have a full kitchen, deep sofa, log burner and luxurious beds within.
Inside
Step into a dream beach house, designed to celebrate special moments by the sea. You’ll find space, light and imaginative attention to detail everywhere, with painted timber-clad walls, vaulted ceilings, inspired artworks and hand-crafted detailing. The large living, dining and kitchen area is open plan and incorporates a sumptuous lounge with stylish Italian log-burner for winter nights, and a generous dining table for eight. Your luxury kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped, and boasts a double oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, and all the pots, pans, plates, bowls and cutlery you’ll need as well as a wine chiller.
The sleeping accommodation here has been designed to be flexible and can be adapted to your needs. Your principal bedroom has a show-stopping superking-sized bed and ensuite wet-room with a luxury jumbo waterfall shower. The second bedroom has a zip-and-link super-king bed that can be separated into two singles is you prefer. Then there are two further twin bedrooms with can be zip-and-linked to make super-kings — these rooms also feature cool mezzanines with futons for chilling out or even extra sleeping space for an additional child or small adult on each, making an additional sleeping capacity of two (one in each room). All main beds have the same luxury deep-sprung mattresses — so have them made up your way – just let us know what you’d like, when you book. Note the futons are accessed via ladders, which can be blocked-off to make the mezzanines out of bounds if you have little ones.
Completing the accommodation is a luxury family bathroom with a stylish nickel plated slipper bath, huge walk-in wet-room shower, basin and WC. You also have an extra WC in the entrance lobby.
In the open air
These Beach Houses are part of the Three Mile Beach experience at Gwithian Towans. Each of these beach houses has been uniquely styled with the same standard of luxury accommodation, and that includes outside. Your outdoor space has been brilliantly landscaped to reflect the local environment, and designed to make indoors feel like outdoors, and outdoors feel like indoors. You have 600 square feet of stylish decking, complete with everything you need for a surf lifestyle. Please note, dogs will need to be kept on leads when outdoors, as the garden space is not fenced. The centrepiece is your sunken cedar hot tub, which will be filled, hot and inviting, when you arrive. Not to mention the barrel sauna, large gas-fired barbeque grill, outdoor dining table and huge adjustable sun-sail to shelter you when you need it.
Also available is an on-site office to make sure everything goes like a dream during your stay. Here the friendly hospitality team can help with everything from booking you a table at a restaurant to supplying you with more firewood and toilet paper (free of course). You can also hire any of the following to make your stay unforgettable: wetsuits, surfboards, bodyboards, SUPs, beach games and gear, pizza ovens and smokers (subject to availability).
Also be sure to check out the Three Mile Beach street food on site, selling a range of food and drink from cool food trucks. This can be ordered and delivered straight to your door. Please note, the restaurant is open year round but only offers delivery in the winter. The outdoor seating area and bar is also only open from Easter until the end of October.

Gwithian is safely lifeguarded in season, and you can hire just about all the beach toys you can imagine at Sunset Surf next door. Ever fancied kite boarding?… book a session. Want to see seals?… we have scores of them. Art and culture?… St Ives and the Tate are just around the bay. Pasties and clotted cream?… in abundance. Long coastal cliff walks?… we have countless miles starting right here. You can be as active or as lazy as you like on the beach here — and when you are finished, potter back up the path 200 yards to your lovely luxury home-from-home, and tune back in.
