Things we love
Luxury, peace and privacy are what we love about Bryher Garden. With so many brilliant features — from the fabulous kitchen diner to the wellness spa, to the lounge projector for a cinema experience at home, it’s the kind of bolthole that’s perfect for any time of the year. Bryher Garden is also a brilliant base for seeing what West Cornwall has to offer. The idyllic fishing village of Mousehole exudes quintessential Cornish charm with its cobbled streets, artisan shops and independent cafes, and is just a 15 minute walk away. Mousehole beach and harbour is the perfect place to spend a lazy afternoon, enjoying fish and chips whilst little ones can be entertained with the excitement of crabbing. There’s a wealth of eateries on offer — check out 2 Fore Street, a stylish bistro overlooking the harbour front, or The Old Coastguard for a fabulous evening meal. The town of Penzance is just a short 15 minute drive away where you can enjoy a refreshing outdoor dip in the tidal Jubilee pool (there’s even a geo-thermal pool for those preferring a warmer swim), or you can hop across to the famous St Michael’s Mount. This part of West Cornwall also offers some of the best stretches of South West Coast Path, from Porthcurno round to Sennen, where you can witness a truly amazing Cornish sunset…then it’s back to the comforts of Bryher Garden, whether that’s to cook up a feast in the fantastic kitchen, nestle into the plush sofas for movie night or enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub…you’re guaranteed the ultimate break of rest and relaxation staying here.
