What you’ll be doing
Across three unhurried days with Forever Cornwall, you’ll enjoy:

Morning energising yoga to awaken the body and mind.

Restorative afternoon and evening sessions, including yin yoga, breathwork, mantra and yoga nidra.

Delicious home made vegetarian meals cooked by our retreat chef.

Optional walks through Kestle Barton’s woodland and along the peaceful Helford creeks.

Plenty of free time to rest, read, wander or simply breathe.
Guided by experienced teachers Keren Cooksey (yoga) and Keira Jose (breathwork), this weekend offers a supportive, inclusive space to reconnect, reset and feel nourished from the inside out.

First session: Gentle welcoming yoga from 5.30–6.30pm

Daily schedule: Morning practice, midday workshops or walks, restful afternoons, and calming evening sessions

Where you’ll stay
You’ll stay in one of our beautifully restored barns, cottages or the farmhouse at Kestle Barton — warm, spacious and wrapped in countryside calm. Rooms are twins or doubles, with the option to share, join as a group, or book a space exclusively (supplement applies).
Food
This is a fully catered weekend, with delicious vegetarian meals cooked by our retreat chef — colourful, nourishing, seasonal dishes that support your practice.
A peaceful corner of Cornwall
Kestle Barton sits on the edge of Frenchman’s Creek, surrounded by wildflower meadows, woodland paths and big skies. It’s a deeply calming setting that encourages slow mornings, thoughtful movement and deep rest.
The cost
Price from £575 per person, and includes:
- Accommodation Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.
- This is a fully catered retreat.
- Three practices per day on Saturday and Sunday, one on Monday.
- Note a supplement is payable if you want exclusive use of a cottage as a single or couple.
