Sunrise Apartment is one of four newly renovated apartments seconds from Gylly beach in Falmouth. This first floor studio apartment has beautiful sea views as well as a balcony to watch the waves roll in. Sleeping two, this apartment has everything you need for a peaceful escape to one of the most desirable spots on the south coast.

Inside
The open plan apartment been decorated in calming tones and natural materials to create a calming atmosphere. The super king bed can be split into twin beds upon request and makes for a sumptuous night’s sleep. There’s two arm chairs to relax into after a day on the beach and watch the everchanging views of Falmouth bay. There’s a well-equipped kitchen and dining table, ideal for home cooking if you fancy a break from Falmouth’s fine eateries.
The room has a balcony which can be sat on to enjoy the sea views.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and basin.
Outside
Exiting the front door of your apartment and walking straight ahead will take you straight to one of Falmouth’s popular sandy beaches. The Bay View apartment building itself is beautifully kept and doesn’t look like your typical apartment block. It’s small, almost guest house like and has been holiday apartments for a number of years before having extensive renovations. There’s an allocated parking space for the apartment and with everything you need less than 10 minutes away, you really can enjoy Cornwall without the car.

The apartment is just a stone’s throw from Gylly, a Falmouth beach popular with sea swimmers, evening walkers and sunrise watchers. The beaches of Falmouth are arguably some of the best places to swim all year round, as well as have a go at paddle boarding and kayaking. Just ten minutes away, Falmouth town is an arty, creative hub with a huge choice of things to see and do. It’s worth taking your pick from numerous top fine dining, cafes and takeaways serving some of the best seafood in the county before returning back to your blissful home by the sea.
